Terms of Agreement

A fixed delivery fee – 20 GEL is added to the purchased item cost.

Sold items cannot be returned.

Purchased items are subject to replacement only in case manufacturing fault is detected after inspection of the goods upon delivery. The customer must notify the courier of defects. After the submission of the notification, we are responsible to replace the defective goods within 3 working days (Monday - Friday).

In case the goods cannot be replaced, the paid amount will be returned in 3 working days (Monday - Friday).

Products can be delivered only to the addresses located on the territory of Tbilisi on working days. Delivery time is 3 working days maximum (Monday - Friday). The courier will call the customer before parcel pick-up and delivery to inform the customer about their arrival.
